Use and citation
Distinguish what attribution permits, what needs separate permission, and what must not be represented as the source work.
Official Use
Inspect version, scope, and implementer records without treating an entry as certification beyond what the record states.
Independent by design
Use in practice does not let the market decide the source
Application must preserve attribution, the cited version, and the permitted scope. Adapting work to a new context does not automatically change the source. Revisions to the source are recorded at Paritsea.
